Why we gather.

Pray2Gather Midland is a standing invitation to pray for this city together, as one room rather than as scattered congregations.

It started with a prayer.

Urged by many to expand the reach of the annual prayer breakfast, the idea was birthed to create a monthly gathering to pray as a city for our city.

The intent was for Midlanders to gather for prayer with no agenda other than coming together in unity to pray for our city under the banner of Jesus.

What the gathering is.

Not a program, not a conference, not a fundraiser. People arrive, and spend one hour praying for our city, facilitated by people who serve our city daily.

You do not need to belong to anything, sign anything, or give anything. It is a time for you to pray with friends, out loud or silently. We will meet for one hour from 7:00–8:00 a.m. on the second Thursday of each month, greeted by music and hot coffee. Just come and pray.
